Returns and Exchanges

If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, it must be done within 7 days at the latest from the date of delivery. For product return, the situation is primarily info@oliko.com.tr should be sent to the e-mail address. Unpacked, used, destroyed, etc. Returns of such products are not accepted. Returns must be made with the original packaging

If the returned product meets the specified conditions, it is accepted as a return, and the refund is made to the credit card or account. No refund will be made until the product is returned.
